PNEUMATIC PUMP AND BY-PASS
The by-pass for sugar coating is used to maintain a constant product temperature during pause phases. The fan remains on, while the incoming airflow is redirected, thanks to a three-valve by-pass, directly to the air outlet duct without passing through the drum. The pneumatic pump, with a 1:30 ratio, allows for the spraying of sugar solutions with contractions of up to 80%.
SUGAR COATING SPRAY GUN
A special model of AIRLESS spray guns allows, thanks to high pressure, the homogeneous spraying of the solution onto the cores. The solution is recycled to prevent crystallization during by-pass phases and in all cases when spraying is not active.
