Cleanroom lighting fixtures designed to control contamination

Each Nicomac Mangini cleanroom is designed to ensure the best contaminant control and the highest air cleanliness standards. For this reason, in addition to modular structures, the lighting fixtures in our cleanrooms must be flush, free of edges and gaps, and made with materials that are easy and safe to clean. The cleanroom ceilings by Nicomac integrate Mangini Lighting fixtures, products that guarantee maximum visual comfort for operators, without interfering with the essential control of temperature, humidity, and pressure within these work areas.

Mangini Lighting's production is suitable for various applications, including metal and HPL modular structures, monoblock ceilings, and walkable ceilings.

CLEANROOM LIGHTING MOUNTING SYSTEMS

From modular ceilings to T-Grid aluminum structures, Mangini Group designs and manufactures universal or customized fastening systems for cleanroom lighting fixtures to ensure the correct installation of our products in the shortest time possible.

POWDER COATING

Cleanroom lights with epoxy-polyester powder coating offer excellent protection against bacterial growth; they also provide outstanding resistance to yellowing and corrosion. Available in standard RAL colors or with special finishes upon request.

PRESSURE COMPENSATION VALVES

Compensation valves eliminate the risk of condensation formation inside sealed enclosures, protecting internal surfaces such as reflectors and electronic components from deterioration caused by corrosion. This reduces the need for maintenance and extends the lifespan of the cleanroom lighting fixture.

FULL IP65 PROTECTION

The IP protection on the top of the unit helps preserve the sterility of the cleanroom, eliminating the possibility of contamination from the outside.

CLEANROOM LIGHTS WITH INTERNAL STAINLESS STEEL CLAMPS

Thanks to the closure with internal stainless steel clamps, the use of screws is avoided, which can be a breeding ground for bacteria and may contaminate the sterile environment.

SUCTION CUP

By simply using a suction cup, it is possible to quickly access the interior of the lighting fixture for any maintenance interventions.

Tunable White Cleanroom Lightning

MANGINI's cleanroom lighting product lines are available in the Tunable White configuration. Here, the adjustable white LED light source – ranging from 2700K to 6500K – replicates the progression of natural light thanks to complete color temperature control, adapting to the time of day, specific needs, or architectural design.

The concept of Human Centric Lighting and, more broadly, Human Centered Cleanroom, expands the idea of light supporting human activities by creating an illumination designed for the well-being of individuals, addressing both their emotional and biological needs.

Dynamic light management is capable of generating ever-changing atmospheres, enhancing productivity, stimulating the biorhythm, and supporting the circadian rhythm, which is the human biological clock.

Photometric laboratory

MANGINI LIGHTING has an internal photometric laboratory equipped with a photometric gonio-photometer that allows measurements according to the C-Gamma and V-H systems. The measurements are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements (UNI EN 13032-1:2012).
