Nicomac Mangini cleanroom doors can be configured as single/double or horizontal sliding doors—manual, automatic, or semi-automatic. The door panels are assembled using the same panels as our wall systems. Cleanroom doors are designed to be flush-mounted on both sides of the panel system and are available in various sizes. We also manufacture cleanroom anti-panic doors, biohazard cleanroom doors, air tight sliding cleanroom doors and custom solutions.
The external frames are made with rounded profiles in anodized aluminum or epoxy-coated aluminum, featuring double hermetic seals. All hinge and latch closures can be recessed into the door frame. The standard hinges allow the doors to open 180°, from fully open to fully closed.
Nicomac cleanroom doors are also available with interfacing profiles for easy and flush installation into existing walls.

Roll-Up Cleanroom Doors
Nicomac has developed a line of Super Clean and Clean roll-up doors for cleanrooms. The success of these doors is due to their high reliability, competitive price, and easy maintenance. Nicomac has introduced this quality to the market by enhancing commercial roll-up doors with upgraded materials and unique sealing systems.
Designed to be installed in ISO 7 and ISO 8 areas these cleanroom doors ensure air leakage containment of less than 6 cubic meters per square meter of door per hour (19.7 cubic feet per square foot per hour).
