The EasyCoater has the same features as the SWC setup, but it comes with a more compact design that requires less space and ensures quick installation times at a competitive price. The PLC-PC touch screen system is mounted on a movable arm, while the AHU and control panel are integrated into the instrumentation box. Additionally, the machine is equipped with state-of-the-art spray guns, 3D Shark Fin® discharge baffles, and a Blow Master® system that can be dismantled into 2 parts.

The technical features of our EasyCoater
Siemens PLC control system with a PC and 17" Monitor for a fully automated process, supporting up to 49 recipes with 100 steps, CFR21 Part 11 compliant.
Only the powder separator and the extractor are installed in the customer's technical area. All other accessories are installed within the structure of the coating machine.
Watson Marlow peristaltic pump with Schlick spray guns. The spray start and stop are automatic during the coating process.
AHU with electric or steam coil.
Batches from 20% to 100%, without modifications or the need to change the cup or accessories.
Completely automatic product discharge system, simply by reversing the rotation direction of the drum.
Thanks to our "3D shark fin baffles," product mixing is perfect and gentle, as our baffles ensure an even distribution of the sprayed solution and minimal product loss.
Integrated HMI Interface (Panel PC Monitor) at the front with a mobile arm, software keyboard, and inline printer.
