The Nicomac line of NicoMill cGMP Grinders is designed for the grinding, calibration, and dry sieving process for the pharmaceutical industry.
NicoMill is the ideal solution for achieving uniform particle size for substances with heterogeneous granulometric distribution, both for wet and dry granules. Once the product is fed into the grinding chamber, it is crushed by a rotor against the surface of a conical sieve, with hole sizes depending on the desired calibration result. The residual product remaining in the grinding chamber is minimal. It offers high quality at a competitive price and is the right choice when high-quality grinding, calibration, and dry sieving processes are required at competitive prices.

Thanks to its compact size, it is easily applied directly connected to process machines or applied to the discharge of fluid beds, in-line pneumatic transport systems, or the discharge of wet granulators.
