The complex multilayer structure of the NicoFit film ensures excellent performance in terms of resistance, adhesion, and customization. The four layers of different materials are the result of 30 years of research and application — from the transportation sector to digital decoration — by our partner PWS, a market leader. The PVC/PET adhesive coatings, customizable with colors, logos, or other signage, can be applied directly onto wall and ceiling panels. The external lamination protects the surface from grease, oils, acids, solvents, and sanitizing agents (tested by CSI with products commonly used in the pharmaceutical sector).

The base layer, made of polymeric PVC, can be colored according to needs or printed with any type of image or company logo, thus enabling effective digital signage initiatives without compromising the continuity and safety of surfaces. Standard or special colors can be used to characterize areas and environments, signaling pathways, and labels of any kind.
NicoFit: certified quality
In addition to relying on process certifications, health and safety, and environmental management (ISO 9001, 18001, 14001), the NicoFit film has been subjected to continuous exposure to products commonly used in healthcare for daily disinfection. In these tests, the multilayer film was applied to an aluminum sheet and immersed for up to 24 hours at 40°C.
Result of the analysis conducted at the CSI in Milan:
