Automatic process for pellets of all sizes
Inside the Nicomac SWC solid wall coater, pharmaceutical coating for pellets can be effectively and efficiently performed using the Pellet Powder Layering process. Through controlled powder layering on initial cores, our system allows for the production of uniform, high-quality pellets. Thanks to the combination of binding solution spraying and optimized airflow, the powder particles progressively adhere to the substrate, ensuring homogeneous pellet growth.
The innovative design of the solid basket in the Nicomac Solid Wall Coater ensures perfect process control, reducing powder dispersion and improving production efficiency.
