Dispensing

Nicomac designs and manufactures stainless steel or laminated Laminar Flow Hoods, also custom-made and integrated into a weighing room. Nicomac dosing units can meet high containment requirements, using RABS, glove-box isolation technology, or standard dispensing via laminar flow hoods, both for decontamination and for operator protection during weighing operations.

High Shear Mixer

Nicomac High Shear Mixers are built with a tulip-shaped design that ensures perfect mixing, eliminates mechanical friction, and avoids dead zones. Thanks to the exclusive design of the impeller and chopper, along with inverter-controlled adjustment, they achieve excellent powder flow properties, perfect mixing, and uniform particle size. The binder agent is dosed manually or through a peristaltic pump.
