The main features of the Nicomac vertical laminar flow hood include:
Unidirectional vertical laminar flow, ISO Class 5 (Class 100 according to FS 209 E).
Stainless steel AISI 304 structure.
Dynamic gasket to ensure a perfect seal for the filters.
Down cross is equipped with 3 fans with AC frequency control.
Air intake: Eu3 prefilter and EU14 HEPA filter on both the intake and exhaust air.
Stainless steel power control with IP55 or NEMA 4 rating.
Cooling battery.

Nicomac's cross-distribution unit for the pharmaceutical oral solid process can be integrated with barcode reading units and a scale ranging from 0 to 6 kg (weighing range with precision of 1200/6100 g) or industrial scales for IBC or drum weighing systems.
Containment for Hi-Potent API
Nicomac dosing units can meet high containment requirements through RABS, glove-box isolation technology, or standard dispensing through laminar flow hoods, ensuring both decontamination and operator protection during the weighing process.
